At Nidecker, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your mountain adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
